Found on Amazon, 3D Bracket for Comfortable Mask Wearing... 

The cord locks/toggle looks like they would be good for adjusting the straps and/or elastic on your mask for a more comfortable fit.  The 3D Bracket looks like it will keep the mask off of your face - can someone say lipstick!

If you're interested, these items can be found on Amazon.  I'm ordering the cord lock/spring stopper and the 3D Bracket.  I will let you know what I think!
